SAXONBURG - District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Brandi Bacome, 26, of Renfrew waived to court charges of false identification to law enforcement authorities, unsworn falsification to law enforcement authorities, and driving with a suspended license, filed March 8 by Penn Township police.
Brian Bender, 23, of Buffalo Township was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep to the right side of the road, and careless driving, filed March 10 by Buffalo Township police.
Tyler Crawford, 19, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 2 by Saxonburg police.
Jon Delaney, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Jan. 31 by Pen Township police.
Kelli Lynn Dibler, 27, of Munhall, Allegheny County pleaded guilty to possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The charges were filed June 15, 1999, by state police. She was ordered to pay $387.50 in fines and court costs.
Douglas Janaszek, 29, of Concord Township pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving and driving too close to another vehicle. The charges were filed Nov. 29 by Penn Township police. He was ordered to pay $579 in fines and court costs.
Jeremey Kalchthaler, 23, of Middlesex Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Jan. 31 by Middlesex Township police.
Janette King, 45, of Russelton, Allegheny County was held for court on charges of harassment, defiant trespass and disorderly conduct, filed in two criminal complaints filed April 13 and 25 by Buffalo Township police.
Adriene McWilliams, 42, of Buffalo Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence, and two traffic violations, filed April 1 by Buffalo Township police.
EVANS CITY - District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Richard C. Beymer, 24, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged April 13 by the state police with burglary and theft by unlawful taking.Kurt Alfred Reichard, 22, of Sarver waived his case to court. He was charged April 8 by the Adams Township police with possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle without proper inspection, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and improper safety chains.Carmen Namie, Jr., 18, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged March 29 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphanalia, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.Jeremiah Paul Lutz, 22, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged April 1 by the Zelienople police with selling or furnishing alcohol to a minor.Christopher M. Friedman, 21, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged March 8 by the Zelienople police with 16 counts of theft from a motor vehicle, criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit theft from a motor vehicle and liability of the conduct of another person.Sean L. Gutmann, 21, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged March 11 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, use/possession of drug paraphanalia, three counts of failing to obey intersections controlled by signs, careless driving, disregard of flashing red signal and recklessly endangering another person.Eric Michael Cunningham, 18, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged March 30 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, speeding and purchasing alcohol by a minor.Chad Patrick Trimbur, 30, Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged April 26 by the Jackson Township police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, use/possession of drug paraphanalia, driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a proper inspection.
CRANBERRY TWP --- District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Robert Scott Hess, 31, of Uniontown, Fayette County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 19 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault and harassment.Adrienne M. Bartling, 24, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged March 22 by the Cranberry Township police with harassment and simple assault.Roger Joseph Mullarkey, 46, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, had his case held to court. He was charged March 29 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit retail theft, attempted retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property.Jennifer Koch, 37, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged April 4 by the Cranberry Township police with acquisition or misrepresentation to possess a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and forgery.Ronald W. Cepek, 26, of Beaver, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 6 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to keep right.Jack Hodgson, 37, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 29 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphanalia and possession of a controlled substance.Ronald Thomas Veatch, 33, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged March 29 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit retail theft, attempted retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property.Scott James Lauderbaugh, 42, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 28 by the Cranberry Township police with driving an unregistered vehicle, driving a vehicle with the registration suspended, operating a vehicle without insurance, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and two counts of fraudulant documents or plates.Joseph Thomas Allegro Jr., 21, of West Pittsburg, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 23 by the Butler County Detectives with conspiracy to manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of to manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.Eugene Scott Taylor, 38, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 28 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, careless driving, accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property and failure to notice police of accident or damage.
