Adam Crawford (A-C Valley), Thiel men's track and field junior, placed fourth in the javelin with a throw of 178 feet, 4 inches at the University of Akron's Campbell-Wright Open Saturday.
Steph Briggs (Grove City), Grove City College softball senior, was named to the Presidents' Athletic Conference second-team as an outfielder.
