CRANBERRY TWP - District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Jeremy Gorniak, 18, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 30 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol involving a minor and driving at unsafe speeds.

Robert Louis Ward III, 20, of Warrendale, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 25, 2004, by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, failure to stop at a red signal and driving with a suspended license.

Kenneth Lohr, 22, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 5 by the Cranberry Township police by conspiracy to commit theft.

Matthew Lohr, 21, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit theft.

Scott Edward Douglas, 39, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 22 by the Cranberry Township police with driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspended license and fraud by altering/forging/counterfeit title.

Russell J. Austin, 33, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged March 30 by the Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks.

Ashley Lynne Lennon, 19, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 13 by the Cranberry Township police with three counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and illegally parking in a fire lane.

Scott Groetsch, 34, of Pittsburgh had his case held to court. He was charged March 23 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Randy Bachor, 25, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 13 by the Cranberry Township police with resisting arrest, retail theft, escape, aggravated assault, two counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft and three counts of attempted retail theft.

EVANS CITY - District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:William Claren Longo, 25, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged April 20 by the Adams Township police with making terroristic threats and harassment.Maria Nichole Karas Hilins, 34, of Darlington, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 19 by the Zelienople police with seven counts of deception and seven counts of writing bad checks.Theresa L. Rearick, 41, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged March 18 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to stop at a red light.Ernest Allen Kline, 52, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 28 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, driving with a suspended license, turning movements and required signals and duties at a stop sign.Brian Keith Weitzel, 36, of Jackson Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 23 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, turning movements and required signals, disregard of traffic lane and depositing waste on a highway.Christopher L. Fowler, 20, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged March 23 by the Jackson Township police with harassment.Matthew M. Mehall, 21, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged March 29 by the Jackson Township police with two counts of theft by unlawful taking, possession of a controlled substance and receiving stolen property.Paul Mosberger 31, of Evans City waived his cases to court. He was charged Feb. 2 by the Evans City police with writing bad checks. He was also charged March 3 by the Jackson Township police with three counts of writing bad checks.
