EVANS CITY - District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:John F. Slagle, 40, of Callery waived his case to court. He was charged March 18 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Brandon J. McIntyre, 21, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged March 17 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and failure to notify police of an accident or damage.George Maute, 58, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged March 17 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to keep right.Matthew Brent Cleland, 47, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 14 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accident involving damage to unattended vehicle, two counts of failure to stop and provide information or render aid at an accident and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.Arthur George Mitchell, 63, of Mercer, Mercer County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 22 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and not using low beams.Rayme Lynn Vogel, 40, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged April 1 by the state police with four counts of simple assault, along with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and two counts of harassment.

SLIPPERY ROCK - District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:Peter A. Delpozzo, 21, of Richmond, Va., waived his case to court. He was charged by Slippery Rock University police with driving under the influence and careless driving on March 12 on Maltby Avenue on the SRU campus.Matthew J. Welsh, 25, of Brookville, Jefferson County, waived his case to court. He was charged by state police with driving under the influence and careless driving on March 17 on Miller Road in Slippery Rock Township.Aaron M. Brucker, 20, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged by state police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 24 on Harmony Road in Mercer Township.John T. Dougherty, 19, of Glenolden, Philadelphia County, waived his case to court. He was charged by Slippery Rock University police with possession of drug paraphernalia on March 21 in Patterson Hall on the SRU campus.

SAXONBURG - District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:James Burnsworth, 57, of Clairton, Allegheny County pleaded guilty to a bad check charge filed Jan. 24 in a private complaint by Sell's Truck & Trailer Parts in Jefferson Township. He was ordered to pay $856.39 in fines, court costs and restitution.Christopher Cunningham, 23, of Butler Township pleaded guilty to a bad check charge filed Dec. 1, 2003, by Penn Township police. He was ordered to pay $168.17 in restitution.Jamar Oden, 55, of Pittsburgh waived to court four counts each on charges of possession of a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance, and criminal use of a communication facility, filed Feb. 22 by state police.Joshua Moser, 19, of Canfield, Ohio, waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed April 8 by Buffalo Township police.Brian Patterson, 21, of Winfield Township waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, false reports and unsworn falsification to law enforcement authorities, and driving with a suspended license, filed April 15 by Buffalo Township police.Sara Wach, 23, of Butler Township waived to court a charge of attempted possession of a controlled substance, filed April 7 by state police.Benjamin Whittington, 19, of Penn Township waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed April 8 by Buffalo Township police.
