CRANBERRY TWP - District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:
Evelyn Lavon Rinaman, 46, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged April 15 by the Cranberry Township police with two counts of simple assault, harassment, obstruction of the administration of law/other government functions and resisting arrest.
David C. Pliskaner, 28, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 22 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
Vanessa Jean Sensenich, 18, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged March 22 by the Cranberry Township police with four counts of receiving stolen property.
Janice Battista, 41, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged March 24 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, disorderly conduct, failure to file a notice of change of name and failure to file a change in address.
Scott P. Deems, 37, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 22 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving at an unsafe speed.
Kenneth Robert Bergmann, 51, of Green Cove Springs, Fla., waived his case to court. He was charged March 18 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, moving a stopped vehicle unsafely and turning movements and required signals.
Gerardo Silverio, 32, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 10 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic control device, depositing waste on a highway, driving a vehicle with the registration suspended and driving with a suspended license.
Kenneth P. Boak, 31, of Freedom, Beaver County, pleaded guilty to use/possession of drug paraphernalia and paid $328.50 in fines and court costs. He was charged March 22 by the Cranberry Township police department.
Amanda Pschirer, 20, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 13 by Cranberry Township police with retail theft, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft and attempted retail theft.
Kurt David Nowack, 26, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
EVANS CITY - District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Stephen M. Rausch, 21, of Zelienople waived his two cases to court. He was charged Feb. 28 by the Jackson Township police with theft from a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property. He was also charged March 8 by the Zelienople police with 16 counts of theft from a motor vehicle, criminal mischief, liability of the conduct of another person, theft, conspiracy to commit theft from a motor vehicle and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.Jeremias B. Mueller, 24, Zelienople waived her case to court. He was charged Feb. 10 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.Bradley Jay Lutz, 50, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 28 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
