Peter Green of Butler will celebrate his 90th birthday with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Garden Gate Restaurant in Prospect.

Born April 25, 1915, in Butler, he married Thelma Bauldoff. She is deceased.

He has seven children, Peter Green, Judy Hildebrand, David Green, Becky Wilbert, Luann Marzullo and Bruce Green, all of Butler, and Joyce Croyle of Worthington. A daughter, Gail Hungerman, is deceased.

He also has 17 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Green is a member of St. Wendelin Roman Catholic Church in Butler.
