6:53 p.m. Sunday - Bruce Locke, 34, of 110 Cupps St. was arrested for allegedly assaulting his wife, Theresa Locke, 31, during a domestic dispute at the couple's home. Locke, who is charged with simple assault, was placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $2,500, police said.Saturday - Lisa McCarren of Butler reported her daughter's bicycle, valued at about $210, was taken between 2:30 and 6 p.m. from the front of the YMCA on North Washington Street. 5:36 p.m. Sunday - Charles Leroy Williams, 44, of Butler was seriously injured when the motorcycle he was driving slammed head-on into a car on Hooker Road near Route 38 in Concord Township.Police said Williams' Honda motorcycle crossed the center line and collided with a Pontiac Grand Prix driven by Rose Campbell, 50, of North Washington.The collision threw Williams off his motorcycle and into the windshield of the car, over the car and into a yard. Williams, who was not wearing a helmet, was flown by medical helicopter to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. His condition was not known this morning.12:28 p.m. Saturday - Cars driven by Amanda Wagner, 23, no address given, and Kristina Hopson, 24, no address given, collided at Route 173 and Ralston Road in Slippery Rock Township.1:30 a.m. Saturday - A pickup truck struck a concrete block retaining wall and utility pole along Main Street in West Sunbury. The driver of the pickup, whose identity was not immediately confirmed by police, drove off despite the front right wheel and axle being torn from the vehicle.The pickup traveled south on Route 308 for about one-half mile before traveling into a ditch. The driver fled the crash on foot. James Scott of Butler owns the pickup.1:30 p.m. Friday - A 17-year-old girl, whom police did not identify, was arrested on drug possession charges after she was found with heroin in her purse at Knoch High School in Jefferson Township.8:20 p.m. Thursday - A woman in her 20s, whom police did not identify, is suspected of stealing an undisclosed amount of cigarettes from the Red Apple Kwik Fill convenience store on North Main Street Extension in Center Township. Police said the theft was caught on videotape by the store's surveillance camera.12:30 p.m. April 10 - Christopher M. Miller, 18, of Chicora was arrested for allegedly harboring a 17-year-old girl who was reported as a runaway and was being sought by police. Miller was charged with resisting arrest and placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bond, police said.

Saturday - A motorcycle driven by John Haugh, 21, of Grove City crashed on Route 8 in Irwin Township, Venango County. Haugh, who was wearing a helmet, was thrown off the motorcycle. He was taken with unknown injuries to United Community Hospital in Grove City. His condition was not known this morning.3:42 p.m. Friday - Cars driven by Ethan Schirra, no age given, of Kennerdell and Laverne Beryl, no age given, of Polk collided on Route 8 in Barkeyville, Venango County. Beryl, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered moderate injuries. Schirra was cited for failing to yield the right of way.
