8:46 a.m. April 11 - A manager at Smardt Equipment Center, 22410 Perry Highway, reported a Kubota tractor with a dump and backhoe and a Kubota tractor seat were taken from in front of the business sometime overnight. The value of the tractor is $13,376 while the seat's value is $115. This is the second time in recent weeks a tractor has been taken from in front of the business.10:13 p.m. April 9 - William Schleicher Jr., no age available, of Pittsburgh was charged with driving under the influence after police witnessed him make an illegal turn onto Lindsay Road.
