A July 16 wedding is being planned by Kara Osterman of Lancaster, S.C., formerly of Butler and Matthew Klawitter, both of Vadnais Heights, Minn.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Brian and Mary Fay of Sidney, Mont. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Richard and Elizabeth Klawitter of Vadnais Heights, Minn.

The bride-elect graduated in 2000 from Glasgow High School and in 2004 from Northern State University, where she majored in sociology/criminal justice. She works for Starbucks in Roseville, Minn.

Her fiancé graduated in 2000 from White Bear Lake High School and in 2004 from Northern State University, where he majored in business management. He is a management trainee for Uline in Eagan, Minn.
