Tuesday - A power pipe threader being used for a construction project was taken from the Holy Sepulcher Church on Route 8. The machine, valued at $3,200, was taken between 3:45 p.m. Monday and 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.Monday - Approximately $1,200 in stainless steel was reported taken between March 31 and April 7 from the Pulva Corp. on Industrial Drive.

2:39 a.m. today - Patricia Bertocchi, 42, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Main and Brady streets in Butler.7:13 p.m. Wednesday - A car driven by John Williams, 52, of New Castle and a box truck driven by Anthony Impavido, 24, no address given, collided at Route 228 and Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township.4:35 p.m. Wednesday - John Metzger, 21, of Butler was arrested for driving under the influence while operating a farm tractor on Bullcreek Road in Jefferson Township.1:45 a.m. Wednesday - Jennifer Lindsay, 33, of Kittanning was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after her vehicle struck a chain-link gate at the Penreco entrance on Petrolia Street in Karns City. Police said Lindsay drove off after the crash.4:15 a.m. Tuesday - A truck driven by Charles Geible Jr., 57, of Chicora struck a utility pole along Route 1011 near Central Avenue in Chicora.April 7 - About $200 in scrap aluminum was taken between March 31 and April 7 from Miano's Welding on Oneida Valley Road in Center Township.

Tuesday - A Craftsman electric chainsaw was taken between April 6 and Tuesday from a garage at the Patterson School Road home of Gary Boylan in Worth Township, Mercer County.
