CLEVELAND INDIANS- Agreed to terms with DH-1B Travis Hafner on a three-year contract.

KANSAS CITY ROYALS- Placed 3B Mark Teahen on the 15-day DL. Purchased the contract of INF Joe McEwing from Omaha of the PCL.

MINNESOTA TWINS- Recalled 3B Terry Tiffee from Rochester of the IL.

TEXAS RANGERS- Placed RHP R.A. Dickey on the 15-day DL. Recalled RHP Nick Regilio from Oklahoma of the PCL.

ATLANTA BRAVES- Claimed LHP Frank Brooks off waivers from the Los Angeles Dodgers and optioned him to Richmond of the IL.
