Sanders, Brown
Pittsburgh residents Kelly Sanders and Jason Brown were united in marriage at 4:45 p.m. Oct. 8 at the Hidden Valley Resort. Ormond Bellas, mayor of Ligonier, officiated. A reception followed at the resort.
The bride is the daughter of Jay and Kathy Sanders of Fairfield. Parents of the bridegroom are Al and Idelle Brown of Butler.
The matron of honor was Angela Johnson of Rockville, Md. Bridesmaids included Jennifer Sanders of Fairfield, Lisa Reed of Greencastle and Aubrey Worek and Gina Colpo, both of Pittsburgh.
Serving her brother as best person was Erin Brown of Philadelphia. Ushers included Amit Sahasrabudhe of Pittsburgh, Darren Fecich of Beaver Falls and Tony Jurgovan of Greensburg. The ring bearer was Denton Ohler of Akron, Ohio.
The bride is a 1998 graduate of Fairfield High School and a 2002 graduate of Slippery Rock University. She works for Partners in Corporate Health in Monroeville.
The groom graduated in 1993 from Butler High School and in 1998 from Penn State University. He works for Westinghouse Electric in Monroeville.
Following a honeymoon trip to Hawaii, the couple is making their home in Pittsburgh.
