CELEBRATING THEIR 38TH wedding anniversary today are William and Beverly Smith of Butler. The Freeport School Board will hold a public presentation on the elements of Act 72 at 7 p.m. Thursday in the high school. Members of the Freeport community are invited to attend and address school officials with questions regarding the Act 72 Homeowners Tax Relief Act.
