7:55 p.m. Wednesday - A car driven by Richard Rider, 73, of Butler and a sport utility vehicle driven by Jackie Gaudagni, 49, of Butler Township collided at Hansen Avenue and Pillow Street.
Wednesday - Charges are pending against a 17-year-old, who police did not identify, suspected of breaking into three businesses in Petrolia and Bruin and attempting to break into another business in Petrolia between 1 and 2 a.m.The teen allegedly damaged the rear door when he tried to break into the Wine and Spirits Shop in Petrolia. The suspect then broke into Freiters Hair Repair and the Petrolia Water Authority, both in Petrolia, before burglarizing Bruin Lanes in Bruin and taking about $450. Damage to the businesses was estimated at $3,000.8:39 p.m. Tuesday - Jason Monks, 20, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Route 8 and Sunset Drive in Center Township.4:55 p.m. Monday - A pickup truck driven by Walter Markle, 48, of West Sunbury struck two mailboxes and two trees along North Road in Franklin Township.Feb. 13 - Ana Mossey of Narberth, Montgomery County, reported someone stole her cell phone while she attended a party at the Sigma sorority house on Harmony Road in Slippery Rock Township.
