Phil Crouse & Associates Nationwide Insurance opened its doors for business in June 1983 with one staff person, who is still here, and one office.

We have now increased our staff to 10 and bought the entire building. We have grown steadily and, in fact, have now outgrown the building and will be adding on to it.

We are a multi-line insurance company offering anything from automobile, home, business, financial services, life insurance and pensions to hospitalization.

Our motto has been the same from the first day we started business: Service to our customers has always been and always will be our number one priority.

I would like to recognize my staff and their dedicated service: Peg Ruckdeschel, office manager; Cathy Valasek, senior customer service representative; Kathy Galante, auto and homeowner sales specialist; Tim Morabito, commercial and hospitalization sales specialist; Dave Stanton and Roger Welsh, life and financial sales specialists, and Debby Smith and Joan Fisher, customer service representatives.

Without these people the Crouse Agency would not have been able to accomplish our successful growth for 22 years.
