CRANBERRY TWP - These cases were recently heard in District Judge Kelley Streib's court:

Ellen Orf Bossola, 52, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft.

Marc Allan DiMarzio, 29, of Mars waived both of his cases to court. He was charged Feb. 1 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of controlled substances and disregard of traffic lane. He was also charged Feb. 22 by the Cranberry police for driving under the influence of controlled substances and speeding.

Thomas G. Ross, 44, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 1 by the township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and violating light regulations.

EVANS CITY - These cases were recently heard in District Judge Wayne Seibel's court:Todd Alan Cooper, 38, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 25 by the Jackson Township police with four counts of theft by unlawful taking, four count of receiving stolen property, four counts of access device fraud, four counts of possessing an instrument of crime and four counts of unlawful device making equipment.Kelly Cunningham, 34, of Wildwood, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 9 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, failure to keep right and turning movements and required signals.Denise Diane Devandry, 40, of Linesville, Pa., waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 28 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.Jason M. Eisenreich, 28, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 30 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.Brandon Dwayne Geyer, 21, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 20 by the state police with statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault of a person less than 16 years of age.Richard J. Hartman, Jr., 38, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 3 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and speeding.Benjamin Lovetro, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 5 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol involving a minor, purchasing an alcoholic beverage by a minor and minors prohibited from operating a vehicle with any alcohol in system.Robert C. Rinehart III, 21, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 2 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol and accident involving damage to an unattended vehicle.Susan Vorderbrueggen, 45, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 17 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, making an illegal turn and disregard of traffic lane.Jason Alan Williams, 33, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 16 by the Jackson Township police with fleeing or attempting to allude officers, fleeing or attempting to allude signals, reckless driving, speeding and turning movements and required signals.
