SLIPPERY ROCK - District Judge Clifford Woessner recently had these cases come before him:
Mark R. Suley, 21, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He is charged by state police with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. The charges stem from an Oct. 21 incident at Suley's residence when police confiscated 90 grams of marijuana.
Heather L. Orourke, 34, of Hinks Road, Slippery Rock, waived her case to court. She is charged by state police with driving under the influence and speeding on Slippery Rock Road in West Liberty Borough on Jan. 30.
Kenneth E. Anderson, Jr., 34, of Butler waived his case to court. He is charged by state police with driving under the influence, disregard for a traffic lane, careless driving and failure to use a restraint system on state Route 528 in Brady Township on Jan. 24.
Marius L. Burgess, 33, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He is charged by state police with driving under the influence, speeding and careless driving on state Route 79 in Muddy Creek Township on Feb. 28.
CRANBERRY TWP - District Judge Kelley Streib recently had these cases come before her:Gordon Panitzke, 30, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged June 6, 2004, by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit theft by deception, receiving stolen property, theft by deception and access (ATM) device fraud.Paul Mossberger, 31, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 15 by Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks.Kimberly Ann Clarke, 45, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 11 by the township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to keep right and disregard of traffic lane.Gregory Edward Morris, 35, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 8 by the Cranberry Township police with burglary, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief.Denise Hutter, 44, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 25 by the township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating a vehicle without proper inspection.Charles G. Petredis, Jr., 22, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 11 by the township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to yield at crossing or entering a roadway.Brian P. Vojtash, 24, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to theft from a motor vehicle. He was charged Nov. 24 by the Cranberry Township police. Vojtash was ordered to pay $231.50 in fines, court costs and restitution.Deborah Sue Goosby, 43, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and defiant trespass. She was charged Jan. 5 by the Cranberry Township police. She was ordered to pay $128.50 in fines and court costs.
EVANS CITY - District Judge Wayne Seibel recently had these cases come before him:Joseph M. Popson, 70, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 19 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated assault, resisting arrest, four counts of disorderly conduct, driving with a suspended license, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.Benjamin King White, 38, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 10 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, duties at a stop sign and driving a vehicle without an interlock device.Justin Keith Casey, 30, of Saxonburg waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 24 by the state police with two counts of selling/furnishing alcohol to minors.Ralph H. Blewitt, 54, of Greenville, Mercer County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 28 by the Lancaster Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Steven Edward Kimmel, 50, of Cranberry Township had his case held for court. He was charged Jan. 19 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.James Johns III, 19, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 1 by the Adams Township police with recklessly endangering another person, failure to keep right and reckless driving.
