Shelestak, Searle
Cheryl Shelestak of Kennerdell and Michael Searle of Roaring Springs were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 16 at Greystone Fields in Valencia. The Rev. Jay Luther officiated. A reception followed at Greystone Fields.
The bride is the daughter of James and Theresa Shelestak of Kennerdell. Parents of the bridegroom are Larry and Carol Searle of Roaring Springs.
The maid of honor was Jennifer Ball of Oil City and the matron of honor was Amanda Terpstra of Valencia.
Performing the duties of best man was Matthew Kristoff of Johnstown. The usher was Douglas Terpstra of Valencia.
The bride is a 1999 graduate of Knoch High School and a 2003 graduate of Slippery Rock University, where she received a bachelor's degree in business administration. She works as the manager of Icings by Claires at the Logan Valley Mall in Altoona.
The groom graduated in 1999 from Slippery Rock High School. He works for M and M Medical Equipment Repair in Beaverdale.
Following a honeymoon trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple is making their home in Northern Cambria.
