Dale and Shirley Ealy of Renfrew celebrated 50 years of marriage recently. A summer gathering is also being planned.

The former Shirley Hilliard married Ealy on Feb. 23, 1955 at the Butler Assembly of God Church.

They have six children, Glenda Seybert of Harrisville; April Brown and Dale Ealy, both of Niagara Falls, N.Y.; Donald Ealy of West Sunbury; Daniel Ealy of Lyndora; and Darrin Ealy of Baltimore.

They also have 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Ealy is a retired truck driver.

Mrs. Ealy is retired from Sunnyview Home, where she worked as a nurse's aide.
