June Arlene Kemery

June Arlene Kemery, 68, of Route 38, Emlenton, died Thursday evening at Clarion Hospital following a short illness.

Born June 20, 1936, in Richland Township, Venango County, she was the daughter of the late Charles C. and the late Eva M. King Gordon.

She was a homemaker and attended the New Zion Church in Emlenton.

Surviving are three sons and their wives, Roy "Bud" and Debbie Kemery, Jr. of Emlenton, Roger and Terri Kemery of St. Petersburg, and Ronald and Tammy Kemery of Rimersburg; two daughters and their husbands, Joyce and Kenneth Stalker of Boyers, and Judy and Michael Gates of Emlenton; two sisters, Mae McGinnis of Emlenton, and Helen Richart of Pittsburgh; 15 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Arthur Kemery Sr., whom she married June 10, 1954, and who died May 31, 2001; a brother, Charles Gordon; and a sister, Mary "Honey" Young.

KEMERY - Friends of June Arlene Kemery, who died Thursday, Feb. 3, 2005, will be received from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the WILLIAM N. RUPERT MORTUARY, Knox. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Charles Campbell, her pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Emlenton Cemetery.
