A May 21 wedding is being planned by Jessica Deemer and Andrew Bechtold, both of Ocean City, N.J.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of William and Yolanda Deemer of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Austin Bechtold of Downingtown and Diane Bechtold of Ocean City.

The bride-elect graduated in 1998 from Butler High School and in 2002 from Slippery Rock University, earning a bachelor of arts degree in English literature. She is employed by Terrick Enterprises Inc., Ocean City.

Her fiancé graduated in 1996 from Ocean City High School and in 2001 from Roger Williams University, earning a bachelor's degree in architecture. He works for George Wray Thomas III, P.E., R.A. in Somers Point, N.J.
