CRANBERRY TWP - These cases recently came before District Judge Kelley Streib:

James Andrew Pschirer, 22, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 13 by Cranberry Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

James Thomas Scheidemantle, 22, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 18 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Christian P. Ramella, 26, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 19 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without insurance and operating a vehicle without a proper inspection.

Cynthia Jean Horodnic, 44, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 19 by township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and damage to unattended property or vehicle.

Megan Lalonde, 21, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 13 by Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit robbery and two counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Melanie Carson, 28, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 19 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.

Brian T. Churilla, 35, of Big Beaver, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 21 by Butler County Detectives with two counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or distribute narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or distribute narcotics.

Jeffery Lawrence Francis, 19, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 11 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, purchasing an alcoholic beverage by a minor, driving with a suspended license and speeding.

EVANS CITY - These cases recently came before District Judge Wayne Seibel:Judy A. Healey, 56, of Beaver, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 10 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, speeding and failing to use a seat belt.Michael Daniel Poremski, 20, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 22 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, minor prohibited to operate a motor vehicle with alcohol and purchasing alcoholic beverage by a minor.Dustin Allen Sloan, 20, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 24 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, minor prohibited to operate a motor vehicle with alcohol, purchasing alcohol by a minor, careless driving, following too closely and driving without a license.Lawrence James Klein, 21, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 19 by Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol.James J. McArthur, 46, of Fenelton waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 6 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.Colleen Ann Blakemore, 30, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 8 by Zelienople police with driving without a license and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.Kent Berry, 19, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 1 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, minor driving under the influence of alcohol, purchasing an alcoholic beverage by a minor, minor prohibited to operate a motor vehicle with alcohol and speeding.Michael John Sheptak, 24, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 28 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, speeding and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.Ryan Henry Esplen, 21, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 31 by the state police with two counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or distribute narcotics, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of conspiracy to commit manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or distribute narcotics.Leanne M. Marino, 43, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 25 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and recklessly endangering another person.Bruce Wayne Bogolea, 22, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 12 by the Zelienople police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy to deliver narcotics, manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or distribute narcotics and possession with the intent to deliver narcotics.Elizabeth K. Zagorac, 21, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 10 by Jackson Township police with conspiracy to receive stolen property, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.

SAXONBURG - These cases recently came before District Judge Sue Haggerty:Nicole Cook, 32, of 216 N. Pike Road, Buffalo Township, waived to court 12 counts each of theft by deception and forgery, filed Dec. 17 by Buffalo Township police.Adam Ed, 22, of 1302 E. Cruikshank Road, Middlesex Township, waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed June 8 by Middlesex Township police.Dana Faulx, 46, of 205 Center Ave., Butler, waived to court a stalking charge, filed Feb. 15 by state police.Martin Roethlein, 40, of 160 Mesa Drive, Freeport, was held for court on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment, filed Jan. 2 by Buffalo Township police.Jonathan Shuster, 22, of 260 Ralston Road, Buffalo Township, waived to court two counts of theft as well as a criminal mischief charge, filed Jan. 31 by Buffalo Township police.Justin Vanyo, 19, of 109 Deer Run Drive, Middlesex Township, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. The charge was filed Dec. 21 by Middlesex Township police. He was ordered to pay$179 in fines and court costs.

SLIPPERY ROCK - These cases came before District Judge Clifford Woessner on March 1:David A. Gresh, 19, of Montgomery, Pa., waived his case to court. He was charged by Slippery Rock University Police with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal mischief. The charges stem from a Jan. 16 incident in Kraus Hall, when police found two glass pipes in Gresh's room.Pat J. Pallotta, 19, of Fairfield, N.J., waived his case to court. He was charged by state police with driving under the influence, underage drinking, disregard for a traffic lane and failure to wear a safety belt. The charges stem from a traffic stop on Feb. 5 on Route 173.

WORTH TWP, Mercer County - District Judge Lawrence Silvis heard these cases on Feb. 16 and 23:Bertha E. Wright, 24, of Grove City had her case held for court. She was charged by Grove City police with interference with custody of children and concealment of the whereabouts of a child on Jan. 5. The charges stem from an incident that occurred May 14.Margarette Geffrard, 31, and John Geffrard, 33, of Aurora, Ill., pleaded guilty to charges of trademark counterfeiting. The two were charged by state police Feb. 7 on Interstate 80 in Wolf Creek Township. They were both ordered to pay fines and court costs totaling $113.50.Walter C. Smith, 22, of Sandy Lake, pleaded guilty to simple assault and harassment on Feb. 4. Smith was ordered to pay $705.63 in fines and court costs.Courtney L. McFeathers, 26, of Boyers Road, Forestville, had her case held for court. She was charged by Grove City police with seven counts of writing bad checks, seven counts of theft by deception and seven counts of forgery on Feb. 16.Wajdi B. Bejaoui, 26, of Dearborn Mich., waived his case to court. He was charged by state police with trademark counterfeiting on Feb. 13 on Interstate 80 in Wolf Creek Township.
