We wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to our many neighbors, friends, and relatives for the kindness and sympathy shown during our recent loss of our beloved mother and grandmother, Anne C. Matula.

We especially would like to thank the staffs of the YWCA Personal Care residence, Butler Ambulance, the Emergency Room at Butler Memorial Hospital, Life Flight, the Medical Intensive Care Unity at Allegheny General Hospital, Geibel Funeral Home and the Highfield Community Center for all of their kindness and support.
