CRANBERRY TWP - District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Robin Jean Hart, 25, of Harmony pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking, possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct and will pay a $268 fine, which includes court costs. She had been charged Jan. 19 by the Cranberry Township police.

Kimberly Marie Ketter, 21, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking.

Robert Jay Jemente, 67, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accident involving damage to an unattended vehicle and disregard of traffic lane.

John Babiak, 42, of Cranberry Township had his case held for court. He was charged Nov. 30 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to obey duties at a stop sign.

Scott Edward Weinmann, 38, of Pittsburgh had his case held for court. He was charged Jan. 1 by the Cranberry Township with conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.

EVANS CITY - District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Gladys Marcia Blake, 19, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 5 by the Adams Township police with possession of a controlled substance and use-possession of drug paraphernalia.Mark Alan Warneke, 20, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 26 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol as a minor and purchasing alcohol by a minor.Michael John Kadlecik, 24, of McKees Rocks, Allegheny County, waived both of his cases to court. He was charged Jan. 28 by the state police with manufacturing-delivery-possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of communications facility. He was also charged in a separate case on Jan. 29 with manufacturing-delivery-possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and criminal use of communications facility.Neil Daniels, 30, of Murrysville, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 5 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Craig Green, 21, of Herman waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 7 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and use-possession of drug paraphernalia.David Louis Casmiri, 39, of Beaver, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 10 by the Jackson Township police with harassment by communication and disorderly conduct.Joseph Dale Lutz, 19, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 10 by the Zelienople police with simple assault, two counts of harassment and two counts of disorderly conduct.Casey Lynn Price, 27, of Slippery Rock waived her case to court.
