4 p.m. Wednesday - A sport utility vehicle driven by William Hill, 64, of Jefferson Township and a car driven by Alan Free, 44, of Butler Township collided at North Main and Penn streets. Police said Hill, who drove away after the crash, was cited for accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle.

Tuesday - Someone smashed a mailbox at the Wetzel Road home of Richard Sotak in Winfield Township. The vandalism occurred between 6 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. Tuesday.
