6:48 p.m. Tuesday - James Patrick McKenna IV, 27, of 222 E. North St., Apt. 5 is accused of brandishing a knife with a 6-inch blade during a fight at Brady and Main streets.James Kusluch, 35, of Munhall, Allegheny County, and Thomas Huff, 20, of Butler told police that McKenna allegedly threatened to kill them.McKenna was arraigned on two counts each of terroristic threats and simple assault as well as possession of a small amount of marijuana, and placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $10,000.

11:30 p.m. Wednesday - David Rinere, 37, of Prospect was arrested after allegedly assaulting a 22-year-old Prospect woman during a domestic dispute at a Geiger Lane home in Muddy Creek Township.Rinere is accused of choking Brandy Rinere, police said. The defendant is charged with simple assault.3:35 a.m. Wednesday - Lara Cuckler, 18, of Butler was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after her car struck an embankment and rolled onto its side on Route 488 in Prospect.
