A May 21 wedding is being planned by Laura Smith of Connoquenessing and Thomas Brugere V of Renfrew.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Timothy and Donna Smith of Connoquenessing. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Thomas and Sandra Brugere of Renfrew.

The bride-elect graduated in 2001 from Butler High School. She works for the Vision Early Childhood Center in Mars.

Her fiancé was home schooled and earned a diploma in 2001. He works for R&J Automotive in Butler.
