An April 9 wedding is being planned by Butler residents Megan Shoup and Dennis Miller Jr.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Randy and Suzi Shoup of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Dennis Sr. and Becky Miller of Butler.

The bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of Butler High School and a 2002 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. She works for the UPMC Osteoporosis Prevention and Treatment Center.

Her fiancé is a 1997 graduate of BHS and attended Butler County Community College. He works for United Parcel Service in Butler.
