Ethel O. Lepley, 90, of Portersville, died Sunday morning at Northview Estates in Ellwood City.

Born Aug. 14, 1914, in Portersville, she was the daughter of Floyd and Margaret Alben Shields.

A homemaker, she was a life member of the Presbyterian Church of Portersville and a member of the Portersville Keenagers.

She married Earl Lepley on June 26, 1934. He preceded her in death on Oct. 15, 1995.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. David (Joyce) Schweinsberg of Ellwood City and Mrs. Randy (Karen) Hilliard of Prospect; five grandchildren, Brian Schweinsberg of Portersville, Karen Krummert of New Castle; Eric Hilliard of Prospect; Erin Craig of Plum and Ellin Rue of Conroe, Texas; and eight great-grandchildren.

LEPLEY — Friends of Ethel O. Lepley, who died Sunday, Dec. 26, 2004, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at JAY BRYAN FUNERAL HOME, 443 Main St., Prospect. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, officiated by the Rev. Dana Opp of the Presbyterian Church of Portersville. Burial will be in the Presbyterian Church of Portersville Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Presbyterian Church of Portersville.
