EVANS CITY - District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Jamie Lee Dick, 24, of Prospect waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 16 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and speeding.

Mary Fotta, 27, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 11 by Mars police with hindering apprehension or prosecution by harboring and by providing false information to law enforcement officers.

Issac K. Franz, 23, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 3 by Lancaster Township police with speeding on Route 19, reckless driving, possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Adrain Paul Halterlein, 30, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. He was charged Nov. 24 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.

Daniel Ray Watson, 34, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 14 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, and failure to keep right.

CRANBERRY TWP - District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Mary C. McNally, 55, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to the charge of theft by unlawful taking following three years as a fugitive. She had been charged June 21, 2001, by the Cranberry Township police as a result of an incident that occurred in the Wal-Mart store in the Cranberry Square Mall. She was ordered to pay a $101 fines and court costs.Joseph Edward Longobardi, 24, of Mars pleaded guilty to the charge of theft by deception. He was charged Oct. 13 by the Cranberry Township police following an incident at the Applebee's restaurant along Route 228. He was ordered to pay $183 in fines and court costs.Issiah R. Jacobs, 20, of Salamanca, N.Y., waived his two cases to court. He was charged Jan. 7 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, buying an alcohol beverage by a minor, conspiracy to commit retail theft and receiving stolen property. He was charged Wednesday in a separate case by the Cranberry police with forgery, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, writing bad checks and receiving stolen property.Edward Coll, 45, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 22 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Michael Alan Farren, 30, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 25 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license.Dale Alan Redeye, 25, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 7 by Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property.Todd J. Curtain, 28, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 22 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Gilbert Plum, 18, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 16 by Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

SLIPPERY ROCK - These cases were heard Jan. 18 by District Judge Clifford Woessner:Michael A. Wesley, 30, of Adrian, Armstrong County, appeared in court on charge of driving under the influence. Wesley was stopped by state police the morning of Sept. 1 on Route 258. A hearing is set for March 17.Ryan P. Spicer, 19, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged by state police with driving under the influence, underage drinking and speeding on Nov. 26 on Route 8 in Brady Township. A hearing is scheduled March 17.Joshua S. Fette, 19, of West Middlesex, Mercer County, waived his case to court. He was charged with driving under the influence, underage drinking and disregard for a traffic lane on Nov. 28 on Route 173 in Slippery Rock. A hearing is scheduled for March 17.Matthew R. Lohr, 21, of Butler waived his case to court. He is charged with stealing an 8-foot cement block pole valued at $480 from the residence of Richard Godot on Dec. 8. Lohr was allegedly working at Godot's home when he was observed putting the poles in the trunk of his car. A hearing is scheduled for Feb. 22.Timothy F. Toy, 49, of Elm Street, Slippery Rock, waived his case to court. He was charged by a Moraine State Park ranger for driving under the influence on the North Shore of Moraine State Park in Worth Township on Dec. 14. A hearing is scheduled for March 17.Jessica D. Criley, 22, of Butler appeared in court on the charges of possession of a controlled substance, intent to manufacture or deliver and criminal use of a communication facility. Charges stem from Aug. 30 when Criley allegedly sold crack cocaine to an undercover agent. She is scheduled for court on Feb. 28.Jason R. Porter, 25, of Portersville waived his case to court. He was arrested by state police on multiple charges of theft stemming from a string of vehicle break-ins in Muddy Creek and Brady Townships. He is also charged with possession of heroin, OxyContin, crack cocaine and possession of paraphernalia. He is in Butler County Prison.Jeffery P. Mansfield, 25, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged by state police with theft from a motor vehicle, theft by deception, access device fraud and criminal conspiracy stemming from an incident on Dec. 21 at Jennings Environmental Center in Brady Township. Mansfield allegedly stole a debit card and obtained $195 from an account at the Grove City Federal Credit Union. Mansfield was released on bond. He is scheduled to appear in Butler County Court on Feb. 28.This case was heard by Woessner on Jan. 11:Jill Bowser, 19, of Slippery Rock waived her case to court. She is charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. The charges stem from an incident on Oct. 11 at the Troy-Allen Chevrolet and Oldsmobile dealership that involved the theft of four wheels, four tires, four center hubs, four tire stems and 20 wheel nuts totaling $3,014.

WORTH TWP - These cases were heard by District Judge Lawrence Silvis on Jan. 12:Richard L. Davis, 43, of South Center Street, Grove City, appeared in court on charges of aggravated and simple assault for an incident at Howie's Pub in August 2004. Davis allegedly assaulted his ex-girlfriend at the bar. Davis was released on $10,000 bond.Christa Brown, 28, of Mud College Road, Greenville, appeared in court on the charges of theft by deception and check fraud to United Community Hospital. Brown pleaded guilty to the charges.
