Friday - Eric Bailey, 22, and Christopher Burke, 30, both of Butler, were arrested in connection with the Dec. 11 theft of an air compressor at a Center Avenue business. The suspects are charged with retail theft and conspiracy. Bailey is also charged with theft by deception.Police recovered the air compressor, valued at $150, which was returned to owner Dick Fry.
