A July 23 wedding is being planned by Stephanie Covert of Pittsburgh and Jonathan Stehle Jr. of McDonough, Ga.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Scott and Michele Covert of Chicora. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Jonathan and Joyce Stehle of Port Allegany.

The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Butler High School and 2004 graduate of Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in physics. She is attending graduate school at the University of Pittsburgh, pursuing a master's degree in the art of teaching.

Her fiancé is a 2000 graduate of BHS and 2004 graduate of Washington and Jefferson College, earning a bachelor of arts in history. He works for Dietrich Industries in McDonough, Ga.
