Glenn and Creda Hornberger of Cowansville celebrated 50 years of marriage recently. They will also celebrate with a family dinner in April.

The former Creda Hamilton married Hornberger on Dec. 24, 1954 at the Franklin Union Baptist Church in Worthington.

They have six children, Dennis Hornberger of Natrona Heights; Dianne Hollobaugh of Butler; Darla Curran of Chicora; Glenda Kaufman and Michelle Kiser, both of East Brady; and Michael Hornberger of Cowansville.

They also have 14 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a step-great-granddaughter.

Hornberger retired from Indspec Chemical in 1997 after 20 years of service.

Mrs. Hornberger retired in 1991 from Moonlight Mushroom in Worthington after 20 years of service.

The couple spends their winters in Sebring, Fla.
