2:33 a.m. Monday - Michael D. Van Deusen, 23, of 101 Downham Drive was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving at an unsafe speed following a traffic stop on Main Street.12:13 a.m. Sunday - Mary Pritts, 28, of 134 E. Jefferson St. #2 was charged with simple assault/domestic violence and public drunkenness following a fight with her boyfriend at their residence.Police found Jeffrey Murray, 41, sitting in the hallway at Pritts' apartment with broken glass around him. Murray said Pritts hit him in the back of the head with a glass picture. Police noted redness and swelling at the back of Murray's head. Murray was cited for public drunkenness.10:45 a.m. Friday - Lorraine Durham, 40, of 224 N. Main St. #1 was charged with theft after she was caught on videotape stealing money from a cash register while employed at the Butler Kmart.Durham's register came up short on the night of Nov. 25 - Durham's first day on the job following orientation. An in-store surveillance camera then caught Durham taking bills from her register drawer on Nov. 26 and Nov. 28. Durham allegedly took $56 from the register over three days.She hasn't been found by police.

4:10 a.m. Sunday - Nathan Cumberland, 21, no address given, lost control of his vehicle on Dinnerbell Road when he swerved to avoid hitting a deer. Cumberland's vehicle went across the road, over a guide rail, down a small embankment and struck a natural gas meter. Cumberland was not injured.2 p.m. Friday - Someone entered a garage owned by Julius Rotan at 1133 Saxonburg Boulevard and stole a 2002 Yamaha YZ 125 dirt bike and a blue riding helmet.Dec. 21 - Someone caused between $8,000 and $10,000 in damage to a home under construction on Hooker Road in Concord Township. Fredrick Barty Jr., 60, of Gibsonia owns the home. Plumbing, heating and electrical fixtures were damaged.7 p.m. Thursday - Erik Williams, 26, of Butler was traveling too fast for road conditions and was cited for various traffic violations after his car went through a guide rail and over a steep embankment off Elliot Road in Center Township. Williams was not injured.9:15 p.m. Sunday - An unknown driver traveling south on Route 8 in Brady Township traveled off the road and struck a picnic table on the property of Martin Tiberi of Slippery Rock.7:30 p.m. Monday - An unknown vehicle sideswiped a vehicle driven by Eugene Keefer, no age given, of Butler on Davis Road in Oakland Township.

11:15 p.m. Friday - An East Brady woman was taken to jail after reporting a harassment incident. Elaine Butler, no age given, called police after she was hit in the hand with a hammer by Larry Gaiser, no age given, of East Brady. State police discovered there was a warrant for her arrest and they took her to the Clarion County Jail.
