EVANS CITY - District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Jacob J. Spare, 21, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged June 15 by the Evans City police with conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphanalia.

Ziggy A. Kearney, 26, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged June 15 by the Evans City police with conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphanalia.

David Andrew Starr, 40, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 11 by the state police with two counts of simple assault and harassment.
