Evelyn Walker Borders
Evelyn Walker Borders, 74, of Fombell died Saturday at Ellwood City Hospital.
Born Aug. 7, 1930, in Ochlochnee, Ga., she was the daughter of Olee and Rosa Hickmat Walker.
Mrs. Borders was a homemaker, mother and the dedicated wife.
She was an active member of the Harmony-Zelienople United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her loving husband, Charles Borders; six sons, George W. Walker of Los Angeles, Eugene G. Morgan of Ellwood City, Charles Borders Jr. and wife, Annette, of Beaver Falls, Anthony B. Borders of Pittsburgh, Nathan W. Borders and wife, Karyn, of Winchester, Va., and Andrew J. Borders and wife, Wendy, of Ellwood City; six daughters, Carolyn A. Morgan-Morris of Orlando, Fla., Gwen Borders Walker and husband, Alvin, and Karen D. Borders, all of Winchester, Va., Christine L. Borders of Beaver Falls, Rena E. Bates and husband, Jim, of Winchester, Sandra L. Borders and companion, Kimberly D Smith, of Monaca; and adopted daughters, Vicki L. Morgan of Butler and Sydney L. West of Cleveland, Ohio. A sister, Eccie Mae Barnes of Lyons, N.Y.; 21 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren also survive.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Tommy Vincent Borders and Clarence O. Morgan.

Grandview Ave., Zelienople. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Harmony-Zelienople United Methodist Church, 123 N. Pittsburgh St., Zelienople, with her pastor, the Rev.
