A July 30 wedding is being planned by Sarah Shingleton of Slippery Rock and Allen DiFrischia of Butler.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Todd and Nadine Shingleton of Slippery Rock. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Daniel and Valerie DiFrischia of Prospect.

The bride-elect graduated in 2002 from Slippery Rock High School and is a dance major at Slippery Rock University. She works for Dance with Me by Devyn in Harmony.

Her fiancé graduated in 2000 from Slippery Rock High School and is a political science major at Slippery Rock University. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard in Pittsburgh.
