4:13 a.m. Saturday - Pamela McBride, 39, of 100 McGeary St., Apt. 206, was arrested for driving under the influence after a two-vehicle crash at West Jefferson and Chestnut streets. McBride was also cited for a traffic signal violation. Details of the crash were not available this morning.10:34 p.m. Friday - Jonathon Blackwell, 20, of 115 Spring St., Apt. 1, was arrested for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, Kristy Peterson, 22, during a domestic dispute at the couple's home. Blackwell was arraigned on a charge of simple assault and placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $3,000 bond.2:05 p.m. Wednesday - A car driven by Kathleen McDonnell, 37, of Summit Township and a pickup truck driven by Ronald Koeffler, 43, of Bethel Park, Allegheny County, collided at South Main and East Diamond streets.5:31 p.m. Tuesday - Cars driven by Elizabeth Bauer, 90, of Butler and Stephen Willetts, 29, of Summit Township collided at Washington and Pearl streets.5:44 p.m. Sunday - A vehicle driven by Michael Tacey, 67, of Parker struck the rear of a police cruiser driven by Trooper Mario Schiavo, 36, of Butler on Route 38 near Hohn Road in Oakland Township. Tacey and a passenger in his vehicle, Lorraine Tacey, 65, of Parker suffered minor injuries.Sunday - Wrapped Christmas presents and several PlayStation games were taken between 2:30 and 7:30 a.m. in a burglary at the Lincoln Way home of Theresa Ambrose in Parker Township.5:15 p.m. Saturday - Benjamin John, 50, of Butler was arrested for allegedly assaulting a 45-year-old woman during a domestic dispute at a Freedom Road home in Center Township. John was arraigned on a charge of simple assault and harassment, and placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $3,000 bond.2:15 a.m. Saturday - Garry Slaughenhoupt, 23, of Petrolia was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Fairmont Road in Fairview Township.Saturday - An unidentified vehicle struck a car parked at the Last Laff Bar parking lot on Main Street in Chicora and left the scene following the crash. Sally McElroy, 41, of Chicora owns the car.7:23 p.m. Friday - Richard Leroy Gray, 64, of West Sunbury was arrested for allegedly threatening his son-in-law with a gun during an argument at a Jane Lane home in Clay Township.Police said Gray pulled the gun from his waistband and told Tracy Morgan, 33, of West Sunbury that he would "blow (Morgan's) head off."Gray was arraigned on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment, and placed in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $3,000 bond.4:28 p.m. Friday - Jennifer Hassa, 23, of Ford City, Armstrong County, was arrested for allegedly assaulting Shawn Kirkwood, 23, of Kittanning, Armstrong County, during an altercation on Pittsburgh Street in Saxonburg. Hassa is charged with simple assault and harassment.12:36 p.m. Wednesday - Cars driven by Laura Hirons, 22, of Batavia, N.Y., and Rebecca Shaw 23, of Erie collided at Route 422 and Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township. Both drivers and Marc Bailey, 18, of Erie, a passenger in Shaw's car, suffered minor injuries. All three occupants were wearing seat belts.Nov. 19 - A cell phone valued at $250 was taken between 10:10 and 10:45 p.m. in a theft at the Miller Road home of April Powell in Slippery Rock Township.Nov. 16 - Undisclosed items valued at $230 were taken Nov. 15 or 16 from a car at the North Washington Street home of Jeremy Bowser in Bruin.
