An Aug. 6 wedding is being planned by Anna Wukich and Dennis O'Boyle, both of Pittsburgh.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Richard and Barbara Wukich of Slippery Rock. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Robert and Marilyn O'Boyle of Albuquerque, N.M.

The bride-elect graduated in 1993 from Slippery Rock High School, in 1997 from Slippery Rock University, earning a bachelor's degree and in 1999 from Duquesne University, earning a master's degree. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Duquesne University.

Her fiancé graduated in 1991 from Ward Melville High School and in 1995 from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He received a master's degree from the Manhattan School of Music in 1997. He works with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra in Pittsburgh.
