An Oct. 8 wedding is being planned by Allison Johnson and Christopher Gaiser, both of Worthington.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Alan Johnson and Karen Johnson, both of Kittanning. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Jerry and Linda Gaiser of Worthington.

The bride-elect is a 1997 graduate of Kittanning High School and a 2003 graduate of Slippery Rock University, earning a bachelor's degree in nursing. She is employed at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Her fiancé is a 1992 graduate of Armstrong Central High School and a 2003 graduate of Slippery Rock University, earning a bachelor's degree in nursing. He works at Butler Memorial Hospital.
