A May 7 wedding is being planned by Tracy Fair and Brian Loch, both of Butler.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Edward and Judith Fair of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Margaret Loch of Middlesex Township and the late Kerry Loch.

The bride-elect graduated in 1995 from Butler High School and in 2003 from Butler County Community College, earning an associate's degree in nursing. She works at Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Her fiancé graduated in 1992 from Knoch High School. He works for Northwest Allegheny County 911 as a telecommunications officer. He is also the captain of the Lyndora Fire Department.
