Ethel M. Brown, 95, of West Sunbury, died at 7 a.m. Friday at home.

Born May 7, 1909, in Center Township, she was the daughter of Martin John Brown and Nancy Belle Mahood Brown.

She had been employed at the Spade Shirt Factory in Butler, Young Funeral Home and Thompson's Market in West Sunbury.

She is survived by a son, Raymond Eugene "Gene" Brown of West Sunbury; and two sisters, Florence Brown and Dorothy Fine, both of West Sunbury.

She was preceded in death by two brothers.

BROWN - Friends of Ethel M. Brown, who died Friday, Oct. 22, 2004, will be received from Noon to 1:30 p.m. Saturday atWILLIAM F. YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 132 Main St., West Sunbury. Private services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. Dr. Wayne Bell of the West Sunbury United Presbyterian Church will officiate. Private burial will be in the West Sunbury Union Cemetery.
