CRANBERRY TWP - District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:
John M. Hammel, 25, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 14 by Cranberry Township police with making terroristic threats, resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
Diane I. Collins, 42, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 8 by the Butler County Drug Task Force with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Charges of criminal attempt and criminal conspiracy were dismissed.
EVANS CITY - District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Timothy Mark Blystone, 41, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 21 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence.Charlene Chirum, 47, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 15 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence.Gregg Steven Spirk, 19, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 4 by Lancaster Township police with driving under the influence, reckless driving and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.Scott Lee Rychorcewicz, 21, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 15 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, driving without lights and driving without lights to avoid arrest.
SLIPPERY ROCK - These cases were heard Nov. 16 by District Justice Clifford Woessner:Kenneth R. Khalouf, 22, of North Huntingdon waived his case to court. He is charged with selling or furnishing alcoholic beverages to minors. Khalouf is free on personal recognizance. His arraignment is Dec. 27 in Butler County Court.Alexander P. Samaras, 24, of Boston waived his case to court. He is charged with selling or furnishing alcoholic beverages to minors. Samaras is free on personal recognizance. His arraignment is Dec. 27 in Butler County Court.Joseph Shawn Dlacich, 22, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He is charged with selling or furnishing alcoholic beverages to minors.
