Charles L. Koegler

Charles L. Koegler, 64, of Warrendale died Wednesday evening at his home.

Born in Warrendale, Aug. 2, 1940, he was the son of the late John and Ina Nolder Koegler.

He had been a truck driver for Teamsters' Union Local 341 of Pittsburgh and most recently was a delivery driver for Lowe's of Cranberry Township. He was the former owner of Fat Chaps Pizza in Marshall Township.

Mr. Koegler was a life member of the Marshall Township Volunteer Fire Department and was a member of the North Hills Lodge 716 F&AM.

Surviving are his wife, Barbara J. Schellhaas Koegler, whom he married on March 31, 1962; two daughters, Mrs. David (Beth) Lang of Mars and Mrs. Michael (Robin) Augustine of Ellwood City; a son, Robert C. Koegler of Marietta, Ga.; and three sisters, Mrs. Raymond (Luvia) Melnyk and Mrs. Harry (Deborah) Mentel, both of Warrendale, and Mrs. Wayne (Sharon) Kovac of Mars. Also surviving are five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
