Earl and Mary Stamm of Butler will celebrate 70 years of marriage Sunday with a family gathering.

The former Mary McCall married Stamm on Nov. 21, 1934, in Butler.

They have three children, Leroy Stamm and Dorothy Weaver, both of Butler, and Bill Stamm of Boyers.

They also have eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. One grandchild is deceased.

Stamm is a retired farmer and Agway employee.

Mrs. Stamm is a homemaker.

The couple belongs to First Baptist Church in Butler.
