12:45 a.m. Saturday - Richard Walker, 38, of 1124 W. New Castle St. was arrested and charged with assault domestic violence following a confrontation with his wife at their residence.He is accused of hitting Sharron Walker, 46, after they returned home from a bar.Richard Walker was arraigned by District Justice Joseph O'Donnell and is in Butler County Prison on $2,000 bond.Nov. 6 - Lee Ann Parisi, no age given, of 409C Shore St. will be charged via a summons through District Justice Pete Shaffer's office for furnishing alcohol to a minor.City police went to Parisi's apartment after they received a call of an underage drinking party. When they arrived they found a 17-year old male juvenile drinking alcohol. They also found a crack pipe in his boot.The juvenile was charged with underage consumption of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia. His case was referred to juvenile court.Nov. 6 - Bryan Birckbichler, no age given, of Chicora was charged with two counts of possession of a firearm without proper license following a traffic stop on West Cunningham Street.City police were working with the Butler County District Attorney's Drug Task Force when they stopped Birckbichler's vehicle and found two semi-automatic handguns.Birckbichler will be charged via a summons through District Justice Pete Shaffer's office.Oct. 28 - Michael Anthony, no age given, of Kittanning was charged with possession of a controlled substance and theft by unlawful taking.City police responded to the United Dental Center on West Cunningham Street after the office reported it was missing some fetanyl. Employees told police Anthony was in a recovery room with a female patient. After the two left it was determined 50cc of the drug was missing.Anthony will be charged via a summons through District Justice Pete Shaffer's office.

Nov. 4 - Mary Patterson, no age given, of Grove City told police someone removed four tires from her patio in the Big Oak Trailer Court in Pine Township, Mercer County.
