Sunday - A 1999 GMC pickup truck reported stolen from a home in Parker, Armstrong County, was found abandoned near Franklin, Venango County.The pickup, owned by Herbert Boylan, was stolen between 7:45 p.m. Saturday and 6:30 a.m. Sunday.10:56 a.m. Saturday - A car driven by William Lonsdale, 77, of Northvale, N.J., struck a deer on Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township.Friday - A leather purse, coins and a Harley Davidson key chain were taken from a vehicle at the Oneida Valley Road home of Ray and Bridget Eyth in Center Township.Friday - Undisclosed property valued at $1,100 was taken overnight from four unlocked vehicles parked on Hoon Road in Oakland Township.Friday - A pair of binoculars and about $5 in coins were taken overnight from an unlocked vehicle at the Pine Tract Road home of Larry Kline in Center Township.5:58 p.m. Thursday - Vehicles driven by Steven Barrow, 22, of Erie and Carolyn Porter, 55, of Slippery Rock collided on Route 258 in Slippery Rock Township.3:15 p.m. Thursday - A 14-year-old boy, whom police did not identify, was arrested after he was found with a suspected controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at the Moniteau Junior-Senior High School in Cherry Township.7:10 a.m. Thursday - Kathy Dugan, 48, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, lost control of her vehicle after she swerved to avoid hitting a deer on Route 38 in Cherry Valley. Dugan's car hit the deer and then a utility pole.9:45 a.m. Oct. 25 - Michelle Crispin, no age given, of Renfrew was arrested for driving under the influence after her car collided with another car, driven by Dana Robinson, no age given, of Butler, at Route 68 and Brownsdale Road in Forward Township.3 p.m. Sept. 13 - Eric Slupe, 19, of 114 Bricker Ave. was arrested for allegedly making unauthorized cash withdrawals with the credit card of Karen Slupe, who shares the same address as the defendant. Eric Slupe is charged with access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking.2 a.m. Sept. 13 - Amy Scott, 28, of Butler was charged with theft by unlawful taking after Tara Smith, 29, of Butler told police Scott took her purse and the prescription medicine that was inside it.

Friday - Kevin Sickel, 47, of Worthington was arrested for violating a court-issued protection from abuse order after he was found near the Slate Lick-Winfield Road home of Carl Sickel in North Buffalo Township, Armstrong County.

4:45 p.m. Friday - A car driven by Sarah Plumley, 23, of Pittsburgh and a mini-van driven by Michael Canniff, 54, of Ontario, Canada, collided on the Interstate 79 on-ramp in Springfield Township, Mercer County.
