Butler residents Patrick and Stephanie O'Toole won the 100-meter breast stroke in their respective age groups at the US Swimming Meet last weekend at North Allegheny High School.

Patrick O'Toole swam the event in 1 minute, 8 seconds to top the boys age 13-and-14 division. Stephanie O'Toole, 10, won the Senior Silver Division with a time of 1:19.78.

Both represent the University of Pittsburgh swim team and are headed to Cleveland State University for the Thanksgiving Invitational next month.

The Karns City girls soccer team (17-4) will host Redbank Valley at 7 p.m. Tuesday in a District 9 Class AA semifinal game.The Gremlins' boys squad (14-4) will travel to Northern Potter for a 2:30 p.m. start Monday in a Class A semifinal game.

The Seneca Valley girls volleyball team will play Greensburg Salem at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Plum High School in a WPIAL Class AAA quarterfinal match.
