SLIPPERY ROCK - These cases were heard Tuesday by District Justice Clifford Woessner:

Jean Marie Allison, 46, of New Castle waived her case to court. She is charged with driving under the influence, a lane violation, speeding and failure to use a seat belt. According to court records, a state police trooper observed her car on Route 422 traveling at more than 100 mph and weaving on March 9. He stopped her near the bridge over Lake Arthur. She is free on $2,500 bond. Her arraignment is Nov. 29 in Butler County Court.

Robin Lynn Haas, 48, of Cheswick waived her case to court. Haas is charged with driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, a lane violation and careless driving. According to court records, on April 8 a state police trooper saw the van he was driving on Route 422 near Route 19 cross the centerline, speeding up and slowing down. He was taken to the Butler County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bond. His arraignment is Nov. 29 in Butler County Court.

Stephen James Chapman, 18, of Stoneboro waived his case to court. He is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana and conspiracy. According to court records, on May 17 he allegedly sold an undercover officer the marijuana for $170. Chapman is free on personal recognizance. His arraignment is Dec. 6 in Butler County Court.

James Archie Floyd, 26, of New Castle waived his case to court. He is charged with simple assault, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment and harassment. According to court records, on Aug. 4, Slippery Rock police responded to a report of a domestic complaint. Nicole Floyd told police her husband assaulted her at a New Castle Street house. He is free on $2,500 bond. His arraignment is Dec. 6 in Butler County Court.

Travis Ryan Hoffman, 20, of St. Marys waived his case to court. He is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage purchase of alcohol. According to court records, Slippery Rock police were investigating a confrontation outside the Cooper Street Apartments. Hoffman, who was in the driver's seat of a car, was found in possession of four bags of marijuana, and two cigar containers, one of which contained a blunt or marijuana cigarette. Hoffman is free on personal recognizance. His arraignment is Dec. 6 in Butler County Court.

Thomas Oscar McDeavitt, 43, of Brady Township waived his case to court. McDeavitt is charged with driving under the influence, careless driving and failure to report an accident. According to court records, on Sept. 6 a state police trooper saw a white Chevrolet pickup truck had hit a tree off Route 8 at Camp Buccoco. No one was in the vehicle. Residents gave a description of the driver. McDeavitt was arrested at his home. He is free on personal recognizance. His arraignment is Dec. 6 in Butler County Court.

Thomas William Keaney, 50, of Butler waived his case to court. He is charged with driving under the influence. According to court records, on Sept. 10 a state police trooper was on Route 422 west of North Road when he saw a car speeding. He stopped the car and charged Keaney. He is free on personal recognizance. His arraignment is Dec. 6 in Butler County Court.

Thomas James Martin Jr. of Grove City waived his case to court. He is charged with theft, and receiving stolen property. According to court records, an employee of the Ginger Hill Tavern reported the theft of $60 to Slippery Rock police. The suspect was seen on a security video taking money from an office. Martin had been working at the restaurant. He is free on personal recognizance. His arraignment is Dec. 6 in Butler County Court.

James William Snyder, 24, of West Middlesex waived his case to court. He is charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation. According to court records, on Sept. 19 a state trooper saw Snyder's vehicle turn onto Harmony Road from Keister Road, cross over into the southbound lane and drive off the berm twice. Snyder is free on personal recognizance. His arraignment is Dec. 6 in Butler County Court.

Jason Earl Summerville, 32, of West Sunbury waived his case to court. He is charged with driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle. According to court records, on Sept. 17 a state police trooper saw a van with an expired inspection sticker on Staff Road. Summerville is free on personal recognizance. His arraignment is Dec. 6 in Butler County Court.

Jerry Lee Uber, 40, of Harrisville waived his case to court. He is charged with driving under the influence, lane violations and careless driving. According to court records, on Oct. 1 a state police trooper saw a truck driving north on Route 173 in the center of the road. The trooper saw it cross the center line three more times. Uber is free on personal recognizance. His arraignment is Dec. 6 in Butler County Court.

James Joseph White Jr., 31, of Portersville waived his case to court. He is charged with driving under the influence, fleeing, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspended license, an improper class of license, speeding, careless driving, reckless driving and improper signaling. According to court records, on Sept. 30 a state police trooper was driving on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township when he saw a motorcycle exit and fail to stop at a stop sign before turning onto Route 488. The suspect fled on foot after being stopped, but was caught. White is free on personal recognizance. His arraignment is Dec. 6 in Butler County Court.

Chad Daniel Hollobaugh, 22, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged with driving under the influence and failure to use headlights. According to court records, on Oct. 3 a state police trooper driving on South Main Street saw a vehicle without its headlights on. Hollobaugh is free on personal recognizance. His arraignment is Dec. 6 in Butler County Court.

James Adam Fletcher, 23, of Butler waived his case to court. He is charged with making terroristic threats, harassment, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. According to court records, on Oct. 18 the suspect kicked in the door of a mobile home on Old Route 422 in Franklin Township, and pushed the resident outside. Fletcher was released on $2,500 bond. His arraignment is Dec. 6 in Butler County Court.
