Oct. 3 - Police responded to an unfounded emergency call at 303 W. Main St. David Croyle, 46, of 1125 Jefferson Ave., Kittanning, Armstrong County, owner of the property, was cited for more than three false alarms in a year.Oct. 3 - Police received reports that someone spray-painted graffiti on the restroom at Grove City Memorial Park sometime Oct. 2 or 3. A damage estimate was not available.Oct. 1 - Vehicles driven by Diana Travis, 55, of Grove City and Elizabeth Ellis, 24, of Mercer collided on West Main Street near McDowell Street. Travis was taken with minor injuries to United Community Hospital in Grove City.Oct. 1 - Richard L. Tiche, 70, of Grove City was cited for violating a borough ordinance regulating junked, abandoned and repairable vehicles. Charges were filed after Tiche failed to bring the vehicle stored on his property into compliance.Sept. 29 - Someone threw a glass bottle through the front window of the Wardles store at 135 S. Center St. A damage estimate is not available.Sept. 27 - A Freespirit 10-speed mountain bike was found on Hillcrest Avenue. The owner can claim the bike at the police station.Sept. 23 - Various items were taken from book bags that were left on a Titusville School District bus during a soccer match in Grove City. A detailed list of stolen items has not yet been provided. Anyone with information regarding the items is asked to call police.Sept. 19 - A first-aid kit was reported stolen between Sept. 17 and Sept. 19 in a break-in at the concession stand at the girls' softball field in the borough.Sept. 12 - Vincent James Perrine, 38, of Grove City was charged with terroristic threats following a domestic dispute at 824 Superior St.

8:26 a.m. Tuesday - Two people were injured in a three-vehicle collision at Routes 8 and 228 West.The crash occurred when cars driven by Nancy Pozniak, 24, of Valencia and Colleen Wible, 55, of Butler collided at the intersection. The collision forced Pozniak's car into a sport utility vehicle driven by Kenneth Fraser, 61, of Butler.Wible was treated for minor injuries at the scene. A passenger in Pozniak's car, Jay Pozniak, 2, was treated for minor injuries at Children's Hospital.Monday - Less than $20 in coins was taken in a break-in at the Rittswood Golf Course clubhouse on West Cruikshank Road.Police noted that a similar break-in was reported overnight at the Pheasant Ridge Golf Course clubhouse in neighboring West Deer Township. It was not immediately known what, if anything was taken in that burglary.While the Pheasant Ridge clubhouse is in West Deer, most of the golf course is in Middlesex Township.

Thursday - Shannon McCullough, 21, of Springdale, Allegheny County was charged with driving under the influence after she was stopped for driving the wrong way on Midway Alley near Main Street.Oct. 3 - Jason Ray Goodnight, 24, of Rivesville, W. Va., was charged with driving under the influence after his vehicle struck an embankment on Franklin Street.

Tuesday - A purse containing about $45 and other undisclosed items was taken between 11:35 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. from a girl's locker at the Slippery Rock High School.

3:50 a.m. Saturday - A car driven by Mitch Hollobaugh, 22, of Butler veered off Route 422 in Kittanning Township, Armstrong County, and struck several rocks and shrubs.1:30 a.m. Saturday - A car driven by Misty Johnston, 23, of Sarver struck an embankment and retaining wall along Route 3017 near Route 128 in South Bend Township, Armstrong County. Johnston, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.

5:30 p.m. Friday - George Lynn, 52, of Pittsburgh was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Interstate 80 in Pine Township, Mercer County.

1:26 a.m. Sunday - Scott Rychorcewicz, 21, of Rochester, Beaver County, was arrested on driving under the influence charges after a traffic stop on Spruce Street. He failed several sobriety and breath analyser tests and was later taken to Ellwood City Hospital for a chemical test.8:25 p.m. Saturday - Lynn Schweinegruber, 67, of 209 Walnut St., Zelienople, was backing his truck up in the borough's parking lot at 124 North Main St. when the truck's trailer hit a utility pole and broke it near its base. The borough's electrical workers were called in to make repairs to the pole.10:15 a.m. Oct. 4 - Darla Eisler, 34, of 400 Hazel St., Zelienople, reported someone slashed a tire of her car overnight while it was parked on Market Street.
